Missing Order Notification

Have you received an email notifying you that your order has been processed? If we haven't responded in 2-3 days, please email the folks who process the orders.

Order Not Arrived

Are you still waiting for your order to arrive? Do you want to check the status of your order? Send the warehouse an email.

If credit card orders are canceled before shipment, there will be a 10% surcharge. If orders are canceled after shipment, see Order Return Policy.

Order Retur Policy

CERlink will refund your purchase price on any products returned within 30 days of our shipping date subject to the following conditions:

• Shipped products which are returned in new condition are subject to a restock fee as follows:
  • There is a 30% restock fee for orders paid by cash or check.
  • There is a 40% cancelation fee for orders paid by credit card.
• We will not receive return products without return authorization. Email the Warehouse for instructions.
• We are sorry, but we cannot receive any return products that are not in new condition.
